What is a credit?
A credit is the unit each paid action consumes. Publishing a tweet costs 10 credits, generating an image 50, and a profile analysis 500. You see the exact cost on the button before each action, so you never spend blindly.
What can I do with my credits?
It depends on the action. With Creator's 4,500 credits you can publish ≈ 450 tweets, generate ≈ 90 images or analyze ≈ 9 profiles a month. With Pro's 13,000: ≈ 1,300 tweets, ≈ 260 images or ≈ 26 analyses. Split them however you like across every action.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle. The system is designed so you pay only for what you use continuously, not for stockpiled credits.
Can I buy extra credits if I run out?
There are no one-off packs. If you run out before the cycle ends, you can upgrade to the next plan (the change applies immediately with Stripe proration) or wait for the cycle to reset.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. From Settings → Subscription, Stripe's Customer Portal handles upgrades, downgrades and cancellations. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle.
What happens to my voice profiles if I downgrade?
You keep all your saved profiles, but only the first N can be used according to the new plan's cap (Free: 1, Creator: 3, Pro: 10). The rest become read-only until you upgrade again or delete them.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices shown (€15 Creator, €35 Pro) are final with VAT included. Stripe calculates and includes VAT automatically in your invoice.
Can I publish on X with the Free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly credits, but you can earn up to 30 by completing growth tasks (follow @EchoAppX and share Echo). Since publishing costs 10 credits, you can start posting for free while you try the tool. When you want steady volume, Creator gives you 4,500 credits a month.
How does the daily post soft cap work?
Creator has 30 posts/day and Pro 50 posts/day as an anti-abuse measure. The cap is on individual tweets (a 15-tweet thread counts as 15). If you legitimately need higher volume, get in touch.
